I was exporting several Rise courses today to PDF. They seemed to work until l:30 p.m. (MDT) at which point they don't seem to finish. I have tried logging out and back in, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
Exporting to PDFs is working well from our side, but we are seeing that it's taking a little longer than normal for the export to complete.
How large are the courses you are working with? Have you tried creating a new course with one or two lessons and filler content, then exporting that to PDF?
I have had two courses exporting for 6 hours and nothing has happened. The courses have 10 and 14 lessons with some photographs and 1-2 videos. Is there any way someone can look into these for me?

It seems to be 2 courses that are taking an excessive amount of time. Must
be due to the length and content.

Hi Sherri, thanks for the update! I would never expect the export process to take 6 hours! We definitely want to take a look at those courses.
