I upload a pdf file in RISE360 and I can download it in the preview. Then I export the course, and upload to the LMS I see the pdf, but it doesn't download. The zip package contains the pdf content. Did anyone else experience this?

Hello, Gyöngyi.
When you view the course Share URL in your web browser, are you able to download the PDF file?
Also, what web browser are you using the view the course? Do you notice that it behaves differently if you switch browsers?

Thanks for the update, Gyöngyi. Keep me posted on what you find out!
I have experienced the problem of using an accent (e.g.: éáűőí) in the name of the pdf file.
I changed the name of the pdf (without accent) in rise360 and re-exported the content. After that I could download pdf from the LMS. :)
Thanks for that update, Gyöngyi. I'm sure that will help other people who see the same thing!
