Uploading a video in Rise 360 a placeholder video is placed which shows an image. This placeholder image does not work when uploading my own videos. Even when including a placeholder image from a storyline project and uploading it still isnt showing and looks poor
Ultimately I need an image placed behind the play button as seen in the trying to achieve attachment.

Hi Darren,
I have included a link to a Rise course here that will help you get the result you want. The answer is in the text in between the two versions of the video.
This is Storyline output included in this example here, and this seems a bug that the first frame of storyline do not show when we include a Storyline block in rise. This needs a fix from Articulate team side.
Hi there, Darren!
What you're seeing isn't a bug — the play button will appear over Storyline Blocks that contain audio on the first slide.
The best way to get around this is to insert a new slide before the video slide. Take a screenshot of the video so it appears that the video is on the first slide. Set the Play button to advance to the next slide, where the video will play.
Let me know if that makes sense!
