We're using Rise360 to build a course, however for some reason on the Flashcards the PNGs we're using are converting the text away from the custom (Antenna) to a default text, but only on some computers.
Thanks for bringing this up -- it's certainly odd that font in a PNG image would change when the course is viewed on certain computers. I have a few questions to help me narrow this down:
Do you know what web browser was being used when the font appeared incorrectly? Was it one of these supported web browsers? (Internet Explorer is not a supported browser).
Is the course hosted on a learning management system, or are people viewing it from their local hard drive?
