Somebody told me that the 'Preview link' Articulate Rise function is going to disappear next year. I mean the function that allows you to create a link to the course that anyone can access - after clicking on 'Share'. I could not find anything talking about this on the web. It would be great if anyone could please confirm if that is true or not.
The Rise 360 Share link isn't going anywhere! We have no plans to remove that feature. You can continue using that link to get your content in the hands of small audiences. Thanks for asking!
Thank you for the information. The knowledge article says "a small number". Can you elaborate? how small is small? How do I know when I've overstepped the "small number" mark?
Good questions. We don't limit your usage of the Share link in terms of the number of people who can view it. But we don't recommend it as the primary hosting option since there's no tracking or resuming where you leave off if you navigate away. It's better used as a preview for stakeholders and other folks who aren't exactly learners.

Hi Alyssa,
Thank you very much for your quick answer.

Can people see real time changes on the preview link or do they get a snapshot of the course when the link was copied and sent? Thanks!
Hi Joyce,
When you publish a Rise course to Review, you are creating a snapshot in time.
The SHARE link provides access to the "live" real time version of the course.
Thank you!
