Problem with sequence of letters „fi"

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I am contacting you today with the following problem in Articulate Rise: When using the text function, recently the problem appears that the sequence of letters "fi" as in German word "identifizieren" is not displayed, but there is a gap in the word. Can you help me here? It is urgent, so I would be grateful for a quick answer.
