Problems exporting to LMS from Rise

Hello

I am having trouble exporting my files to a client's LMS.

They have reported this:

We discussed the SCORM file issue with our LMS account manager and she came back with the below:

Regarding this SCORM file, it plays on SCORM Cloud but not in the platform. It appears the contents are arranged as they should be in the folders also, when the contents are unpacked. Therefore, I suspect your provider needs to whitelist your domain to allow the content to play.

Can you please let me know what I need to do? Thank you
