I’m happy to let you know that we just released an update last 3/17 that fixes the issue where users sometimes see a "The media could not be loaded" error when viewing a Rise course with a video. More details in our Rise 360 version history:

Hi Mette! May I know if you exported your Rise course to an LMS and then you're getting that error when viewing in Internet Explorer?
Hi Hazel. When I export my Rise to a LMS, I get the error in Chrome - not Internet Explorer....

You'll need to re-export your file and re-upload the affected courses to your LMS for the fix to take effect.

Do you know if Google Chrome is supported and/or which version of Google Chrome ?
