Problems with mp4-files in Rise

We have problems playing mp4-files in Rise? No problems when using Internet Explorer, but problems when using Chrome and Edge. 

What do we do?

Hi Mette! I hope you're doing well. So sorry I typed in Internet Explorer instead of Chrome.

I’m happy to let you know that we just released an update last 3/17 that fixes the issue where users sometimes see a "The media could not be loaded" error when viewing a Rise course with a video. More details in our Rise 360 version history:

You'll need to re-export your file and re-upload the affected courses to your LMS for the fix to take effect.
