Producing assessments in Rise 360 - multiple response questions and report functionality

Hello,

I'm in need of creating a series of clinical assessments. The easier and probably faster way to do it would be to use Rise 360 however there has been request on the following: 

1) multiple response questions - can learner pick two answers out of 10 correct ones and still his answer be marked as "correct"? I can't see this functionality option in Rise.

2) once SCORM with assessment is produced and uploaded onto LMS can SCROM be set up in such a way that Learn would allow to produce report not only on learners passed/failed status but also on how many attempts (so failed attempts) did he take in order to pass the lesson. I've been told this functionality would need to be set up in SCROM rather than Learn. 

Any suggestions would be welcomed.
