Hello, we are getting issue while publishing RISE courses on Review 360. We are getting infinite orbit while connecting to Review 360. It is for both publishing new as well as existing link.
Based on your screenshot, the publishing process is getting stuck at the connection stage. As a troubleshooting step, please ask your IT team to add the following endpoints to your network configuration to fix the issue:
We have checked with our IT team and they informed us that all the endpoints from above link are already accessible, and internet access is not blocked.
Could you please help to check if there are any other way to resolve this issue.
Thank you for confirming that the endpoints are accessible. Would you mind testing on a different browser, or clearing your current browser's cache to see if this works? I'd like to see if the issue is isolated to a specific browser, or if certain browser extensions are causing the behavior.
