Read Aloud option within 360 Rise

I have created my first eLearning in 360 Rise and provided my Stakeholders directions on how to use the Read Aloud option.
I piloted with a small group of my colleagues and all but 1 has the option for Read Aloud. (left click, highlight words, right click, select Read Aloud) When this user has highlighted the words the option of Read Aloud is not available.
Does anyone have ideas on why this is happening just to her? I greatly appreciate your time & ideas.

Hi Lori,
According to Google, Read Aloud is browser extension that needs to be installed. That is why it's not available on all computers.
