Read only rise settings

Is there any kind of setting in Rise 360 that would make content read-only as to prevent contributors on my team from accidentally modifying it?

 

We have multiple contributors and use content templates that are indented to be copied before modifying. Sometimes our contributors modify first and it creates a lot of unnecessary work to fix. Ideally, I would like a setting that allows contributors to access and copy, but not modify. Does something like this already exist?

Hi Marshall,

Rise does not have that type of user level.

Rise Collaborators can have one of these three roles:

  • The Owner can do everything.
  • A Manager can do everything except edit labels, transfer ownership, set a Share password, or delete the course. 
  • An Editor can't access any of the menu options. They can only edit the course.
