I have 2 Rise courses that contain some identical pages. I want to delete course #1 and keep course #2. But I've sent links to course #1 to many people. Can I install/make a redirect, somehow, so that when users try to access course #1 they are automatically redirected to course #2?

What did you send out? The SHARE link found in the Rise course?
If that is the case, there is no way to redirect from one SHARE link to another.
If you do not want to send out a new link for Course #2, have you considered merging Course #2 into Course #1?
In that way, the SHARE link will stay the same.
