remove lessons list from botton of the RISE elearning landing page

How to remove lessons list from RISE landing page. I find this layout very confusing when I first start in RISE (I have a "START" button, but I've already started and can simply click on the below TOC section headers (or lesson titles). Can we somehow remove the section headers at the bottom of the first page, thereby forcing the learner to just click the "Start" button, retaining the side bar with lesson titles?
