I have my Rise quiz set to requiring an 80% to pass with 2 attempts to pass. If the learner fails the first attempt, the "retake" symbol shows underneath the score. However, if the learner passes the quiz, the "retake" symbol still appears. This is confusing to the learner. Is there a way to remove that symbol if the learner passes the quiz?
Hi Cynthia! The "retake" button will always appear on the quiz results screen until the learner uses all of their quiz attempts. There isn't a way to hide that button if the learner passes the quiz. I'll let our team know you'd like to have a way to hide the button if the learner receives a passing score!

Yes, that would be great. Because if the learner passes on the first of 2 possible tries, that button confuses them. Thank you!
