Decide if you'd like to reset learner progress. This setting will help learners avoid a blank page in case they were already in progress on the original version
Export the course for LMS again, and upload it into Moodle.
One thing to note - learners who previously took the course with the quiz won't automatically have their quiz data available since it wasn't sent with the original version. You'll need to advise your learners to retake the quiz after uploading the new version.
