Rise does not play media automatically, so your learners will click the Play button when they are ready to listen to the audio.

I'm sorry the record feature isn't working for you! What web browser are you using? Have you tried switching to a different browser to see if it works there?

I'm also having trouble with the record feature when I add the audio block to a page.  The record feature works just fine within the timeline block but not when I add just the audio block.  I am using Chrome for my browser.

Sorry you're having some trouble recording audio! Please try these steps:

• Delete the audio block.
• Clear your Chrome browser cache. Here's how. 
• Go back to Rise 360, and add a new audio block to the lesson.
• Try recording audio again.
