The fact that Rise courses work perfectly with the Android version of Moodle Mobile suggests it not a RIse problem but rather a Moodle Mobile iOS version issue.
I would also suggest testing the course Share link in your iOS mobile browser, like Chrome or Safari. That'll help us narrow down whether the course isn't working on your iOS device at all, or if it's only crashing in the Moodle App.
The course works with Safari browser mobile and works with the xCode iPhone X Simulator, but it crashes with my iPhone X phone.
Could you give me some suggestions to solve this?
Unfortunately if we don't solve this problem we are forced to leave RISE product. It will be a pitty. I tried to write a topic to Moodle Community but by now nobody replied.
Hi there, Roberto. I'm really sorry the Moodle Mobile app is having trouble launching your content on mobile iOS.
Because Rise 360 output is built to look great on every device, it's officially supported only on mobile browsers. We aren't able to provide support for launching through mobile apps. I'm hoping someone from the Moodle community can help with the app!

xCode gives me the following errors when the App crashes:
