Rise 360 courses can only be exported as Web, LMS, or PDF. Are you planning on uploading your courses to a hosting site that can only accept videos (e.g., Lynda.com)? If so, you'll need to check with them if they can accept SCORM packages or even courses exported as Web.
Having said that, I've read online there are some tools available to convert web pages (which is what Rise 360 boils down to). Here's one from Google that you can try out. It's not something that we can support since it is a third-party tool. But go ahead and try it out to see if it will help.
We can also let the community chime in with their recommendations, especially if they know where the course will be hosted.
