I've created a bank of questions in rise 360 in knowledge check. Unfortunately, there seems to be a fair bit of flickering with parts of the questions missing when in preview mode. This has also been reported from some clients who have previewed the course. Looking for solution please?

I use Knowledge Checks a lot and have never encountered this problem, either by myself or any of our users.
What OS and browser is being used by the persons seeing this problem? What, if anything, is common between the delivery platform of these learners?
Are you using a LMS?

As I mentioned in your other discussion, we're still seeing an issue in Rise 360 where quiz answers flicker or blink when viewed in Microsoft Edge.
We'll let you know when that gets resolved!
