Rise 360 function for trainees to make notes or comments, submit answers to trainers or participate in a discussion?

Good morning, some questions about supporting trainee-trainer interaction during Rise 360 course.

1) Is there anyway to create a space for trainees to write notes or reflections as they interact with videos, games, etc. during the course.

2) Is there anyway for trainees to write notes or reflections or a narrative answer which they can submit to the trainer for feedback.

3) Is there anyway to create a space for trainee-trainee (and trainer) discussion?

These are great features on many online courses on Coursera and FutureLearn for example. We would like to include them on our Rise 360 courses. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
