Rise 360 | How to Hide correct/incorrect ticks from Quiz

Is there a way to display a feedback box with only text without correct/incorrect ticks.

I am providing more than 2 attempts for the Quiz assessment, and if these correct/incorrect tick should get visible after 1st attempt to user the there is no use to provide the second attempt to user, because he/she saw and know all the answers while attempting the quiz second time.

Please find the attached image marked in red color border patch which we wanted to hide.

It would be helpful if you update me on this a bit asap.
