Hi, I am experiencing challenges with a Rise 360 module that has been created for me by an external provider. The module progresses accurately and records user results in LMS, however upon relaunch (after initial completion) the user is automatically taken back to the welcome slide and all subsequent sections are locked - meaning the user has to proceed again from the start if they want to revisit any topics. The export type is xAPI.
We have menu/navigation locked intentionally for the initial completion of module but is there a way for nav to be unlocked when revisiting?
You might see some variance from LMS to LMS, but generally, your course will remain as completed in the LMS once they've met the requirement. Learners can still revisit the course, and they'll be able to navigate freely since all of the lessons are completed and unlocked.
