Hello awesome Articulate support! I hope everyone is looking after themselves out there.
I wish to seek support about a situation we have.
We have a course that was created by one of our staff who took initiative and created a course using an articulate trial version. We now wish to have ownership of this course in our Teams, however we cannot transfer the ownership.
We were able to transfer the course to me as a collaborator, however our team prefers to take full ownership so we can export the course.
Hi Karl, thanks that worked a treat. The function was always there to begin with. For some reason I had a 'brain fade' that I could only collaborate with the course, not manage. The pandemic is starting to make me delirious. Thanks again.

The owner of the course can email you a copy of the course. You will then be there owner of that copy.

Hi Kim,
Also be aware that if the course labels had been customized by the previous course owner, that the labels do not travel with the course.
