I have a paid Articulate 360 license. Every time I try to launch Rise from the Articulate 360 desktop app, it takes me to this page and says 'download a free trial'. I can't figure out how to actually use the program to build a course.
It looks like you may have two accounts - one is a part of a valid subscription (the one with your full name in the email address) and the other is associated with your trial (the same one you've logged into ELH with).
So you'll want to log out and back in with the correct account. If you need us to delete one, or help narrow down which one you're using please reach out to our Support team here.
