I am almost ready to launch my first courses and have been going through UX. My tester used an old iphone 6 and was unable to return back to the lesson when she clicked out using a button or a you tube link. Is there a way to improve this as I dont want to remove the buttons as they have great links?
Hi there, Fi. To make sure I understand what's happening, it sounds like your learner clicks to view some external content. It's difficult on an iPhone 6, however, to get back to the tab with the Rise 360 course. Is that accurate?
Is using the back button not working? Or do you think it just isn't intuitive for learners to find the course again? We'll think of some solutions!
