Rise.com questions

1) can all users be authors ? If so then the cost of 100 users would be around $50 a year opposed to $1000 per year plus. (Per user)
2) can the content created in Rise.com be exported to another LMS?
3) Can we load external content into Rise.com ... scorm etc...
We currently use rise 360 (and recommend Rise) as an authoring tool for our LMS clients to create content. As I see it Rise.com is now an LMS competitor (which is fine) but if possible I would like to see if we can incorporate Rise.com into our LMS solution. I.e we buy 100 users and offer these to multiple clients.
