Hi Aida and Happy New Year to you as well!

We're working on a Collaborators feature that would allow you to share your Rise course in development with another Rise user, even outside of your 360 Team. That feature is slated for release within Q1 '17 and we'll keep folks posted here in the ELH Community and by posting updates on the What's New page for Articulate 360.

Hi FL,

Thanks for your interest in this feature! I don't yet have the additional details to share, but the good news is that it's still slated for Q1 so luckily you won't have to wait long to see all the goodness our team is working on.  I know waiting isn't always fun, but you'll see we've been active with Rise release in the version history here so we're continuing to work on the things that are the most important to users like yourself!

Hi Valesa! It sounds like you have a Rise 360 template course for all team members to use. There are a few ways you can give your team members access to the template:

  1. Use Block Templates

Save existing blocks and their content as templates, then reuse those templates in other lessons or courses. If your course has several lessons, save each lesson as its own block template.  Anyone in your Articulate 360 team will have access to those templates.
  2. Send a Copy of the template to each team member

Send a copy of the template course to each person on your team. You'll each have an independent copy of the same template. Changes you make to the template won't appear in the other authors' versions, and vice versa. When someone wants to use the template to create a course, they'll first duplicate the template, then work from the duplicate version.
  3. Add Collaborators to the template course

This option is similar to #2, except each author will collaborate on the same template course. The benefit is, everyone always has access to the latest changes in the template. You'll want to add every team member as an admin collaborator to give them access to the template. When someone wants to use the template to create a course, they'll first duplicate the template, then work from the duplicate version.

Let me know if you have any questions about those options!
