RISE don't accept new images. Jan 21, 2020 By Johanna DA SILVA Hello, We try to upload new images on Rise but we obtain this message : "There was an issue uploading. Please try again." every single time. This is the case for all the blocks with images content. Do you have a solution ?

Then, reopen rise.articulate.com, and go back into the course. Try uploading the images again, and let us know if you're still getting stuck!
Johanna DA SILVA Author over 4 years ago01/22/20 at 7:41 am (UTC) We still getting stuck ! This morning, I ropen rise.articulate.com and I have again the same probleme . This mean we can't use Rise anymore in this situation because we need to upload our images to create rapid learning course... We use Chrome. And clean the navigation data don't help.
