Thanks for responding. Good to know it’s not me.
Unfortunately, I have a client presentation in an hour to showcase Articulate to garner buy-in to have them switch from Captivate. I hope it’s back online ASAP.

I submitted a ticket as well, so hopefully it'll be picked up quickly.

Rise is now showing again for me.

I am back up - yeah!

Good news! We've implemented a fix for this, and Rise 360 is now available again. We'll continue to monitor performance carefully.
