Not sure what the issue is because I use Chrome for all of our storyline projects and never had an issue exporting to our LMS but for some unknown reason, the Rise course I created would not and will not export via Chrome.
I'm not sure either, but I see where you worked with Rowie in a support case as well and I'm escalating this case so that we can take a look and hopefully understand what happened here.
Thanks for your patience and glad it's working in another browser in the meantime.

Hi Kimberly,
I must admit, I have not seen that error before. Are you publishing as the instructions here share?
At what point is that error message popping up? Are you trying to view the zipped file prior to uploading to your LMS?
If during upload, do you experience a similar issue when utilizing SCORM Cloud?
It has been resolved. Thank you😊

Oh awesome, thanks for the update Kimberly :)
Any tips to share or something unique to you?

Tip: Try multiple browsers if the one you are using does not work. I was able to resolve the problem by using Fire Fox instead of Chrome.
Oh interesting. I use Chrome almost exclusively. I hope that was just a hiccup for you and not the norm.
