Rise exported web-version - Video only plays in mozilla firefox

Hello,

When you export a module of Rise to the webversion, which browser do the user needs to use?

My videos want play in google chrome. It works in Mozilla firefox

 

In Google Chrome I get the message: "The media could not be loaded, either the server or network failed of because the format is not supported"

 

Is this a local problem or can you not use Chrome?

Hello, Glenda! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble viewing the video in Chrome. Have you shared this course with other learners? Is everyone running into this error in Chrome?

You might have something in your browser conflicting with the playback of media in the course. What has worked for me is disabling plugins or browser extensions, or even clearing the cache.

If those options aren't feasible, try viewing the course in a private browsing window, e.g. incognito in Chrome. Let me know how it goes!
