Rise Feedback

Is there a way to give rise feedback? 

I like the new themes but there are two things I'd like the ability to do. 

1. Make the header smaller. It is so big that you have to scroll before you can see the actual content. 

2. Have the ability to add other content stuff to that first page. 

The other thing I wish I could do is add other content type sections to the interactive modules. So for example, i added the collapse interaction. But I can only put text and an image/picture. If I want to link to another source in that interaction, I have to just use text with a hyperlink vs. using an action button.
