Someone sent me a link to a Rise file in email and the link opens the course and the course works like intended. However, the creator of that file can't open it. He gets the error that the file might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. Are we out of luck? I have Rise 360 on my PC and would love to recover this file if I can. Thanks.
Hi Rachelle! Does the original creator of this file still have access to the content on Rise 360? If so, they should be able to re-export the content to generate a new published file.
