Thanks for the link, Justin. Before, I waited for a video to appear. I ended up clicking around a bit on that black screen and it finally brought up a video with an Adam Schwarz demonstration, not the one that you provided above. I've attached screenshots.

Thanks for clarifying, Cheryl.  The video you referenced also qualifies as a Getting Started video!  :)

Wistia uses adaptive streaming to deliver the best quality content based your Internet speed.  Without interrupting playback, they'll increase or decrease that quality accordingly while the video is playing as they continually monitor your speed, and that could result in blurry video or choppy audio if they detect degraded performance.  Could you try connecting to a different network to see if the quality improves?
