Hi there,
We having issues from a User perspective.
So I can open a module and it works perfectly and my colleague tries to open and she gets a blank screen. We also have a user that will open the module and complete the module and try open again and it gives her a blank screen, I then log in from my side on her profile and I can get it.

We are using Chrome to launch from our LMS - would this be a similar issue?

Please have your colleague open an incognito window in Chrome, then log into the LMS through that window.

Which LMS is it? I have seen this in learn upon when using Tincan files.

It is called Compass, created by Growth Engineering. We publish as Scorm
1.2 files.
Sorry, that docent help. I would try in Scormcloud and open a support case.
How do I open a support case? - can you not do this for me?
Must a send the file in question through in the Scormcloud?
