Yes there were known issues earlier which were supposedly resolved, however I have also had intermittent issues. Now my rise360 dashboard will not load at all, and just spinning as well. Image searches and image loading was also doing the same as yours was intermittently throughout the day.
I am having issues with with both Rise and Review 360.
I am also having issues. If I try to load the sign-in page for Articulate or rise.articulate.com, I get a "Gateway Timeout Message."
Yep. Mine just kicked me out completely now. I literally do not have time for this today. Ugggg
Getting error 502 Bad Gateway and 504 Gateway Timeout.

The report says the incident is resolved. But it isn't.

Hello! I am still unable to go to Rise 360. I can log into the overall articulate 360 page, but Rise is still giving me a 504 error.
I am getting the 504 error too.
Hello, our three accounts are also getting this issue still. We get the 504 error and one person could get into the system, but everything looks like this and it just spins.
Yes it appears as though 360 is down again. I was in review and then now I can't get my dashboard to load at all. According to the status page everything is fine, but its clearly not
Eric it seems 360 is down again. Would love to for this to be resolved and quit happening. it is very frustrating to not know if 360 is going to work or not and its been a problem all week.
The same is happening here - nothing is loading in RISE.

It's getting frustrating that over the last couple of days there have been issues every day with the software. Really don't have the time for this and it keeps delaying our projects.
I continue to get either Gateway Time Out or more often Clear your browser cache - which I have done issues.
Yes, I cannot even get into my dashboard. Blank screen, continues to spin. I get into Articulate 360 home but it will not allow me to get into Rise.
Still getting the 504 Gateway Time-out here.

I was able to get back in yesterday but am now unable to access Rise 360. Same issue others have mentioned - Gateway timeout 504
