Hi there, I'm currently figuring out an easy fix for the following problem. Everytime when I upload an image that is not conform the 16:9 aspect ratio, the images are being blown up as shown in the attachment.
One way of remediating this issue is to open up a tool such as Photoshop, starting off with a new file with dimensions that adhere to the 16:9 aspect ratio, paste the image in there. Save the file into png/jpg and upload in Rise.
But that solution is too cumbersome. Is there a way to properly size a screenshot without exploding it?

I add white space to my images to obtain a 16:9 aspect ratio.
It works well and does not take that much time to do.
I'm not aware of a different method.
