A rise lesson has gone missing. I spent a couple of hours developing it last night.
I have been having internet connectivity issues. I am guilty of leaving my laptop unattended so could have been my toddler. I am unsure why or how it is missing.
Removed lessons cannot be recovered once the Undo button disappears if they've been deleted by a user. With internet connectivity issues, it's possible that you made edits while disconnected. Typically, you'd receive an error message before you get too far, however.
If you'd like us to have a look, feel free to share your course URL from Rise 360 with us privately by submitting a case here. While we can't recover user deleted content for security reasons, we may be able to confirm what happened.
