Rise LMS Reporting Issue

I made a Rise course for one of my clients. She recently reported that the LMS only recognizes that a student has completed the course only when the student closes the page. Is there a way we can get Rise to update and remember where it is up to every 20 seconds so that the student doesn't lose their progress, etc.
Is there a case that if we use Storyline then it will update the LMS every 20 seconds where Rise only does it at the end?

Hi Rachna!
When a Rise 360 course is hosted in an LMS, learners can exit and resume with their progress intact. The course will automatically pick up where they left off.
What tracking and reporting options did you select when you published the course?
If you selected track using course completion, the course will be marked complete or passed when the learner views the selected percentage of the course.
If the learner exits the course before it is complete, they will see an incomplete status. If they reopen the course, they'll be taken back to the last viewed lesson.
Is that what your client is seeing in their course?
I am tracking using the Assessment (in the last lesson). PFA screenshot of the settings that I am using. Any suggestions?
Thanks for that, Rachna. A course should communicate completion when the quiz results are revealed to the learner. Since that isn't happening, we can help with testing some different scenarios. I'm going to open a case so we can grab the additional details we need!
