In Articulate Review, the matching block text is formatted so it displays on multiple lines until it is matched, and then it looks right. I tried all the display types in preview mode and they look fine for me, but one of my reviewers had this issue. See attached.
It looks like your reviewer may be viewing the course on a mobile device with a small screen, which could explain why the text is appearing that way. When viewing a course in Review 360 on mobile, there's less room because of the comments panel.
Have you tried asking them to collapse the comments panel to leave more room for the course? If that doesn't work, I would ask them what device and browser they're using and get in touch with our Support Team so they can take a closer look. You can submit a case here.
