Hi, A question about design : If you set an image as block-background on a screen containing only 1 block, the background image appears full screen, which makes the whole thing visually stunning. However, when the screen contains several blocks, I can't see how to set a single image as background for the whole screen. Is it possible to do this? If not, it would be a really interesting feature. Best regards,
Hi there Vincent! It sounds like you want a continuous background image that spans the full length of the microlearning content, is that right? That's not a feature in microlearning currently, but it's an interesting idea!
I'm curious to hear if others have explored this design concept. How do you envision this working with a microlearning that contains any number of blocks?
Definitely not possible natively in Rise, but its a great design idea Pédagogie, please hold my coffee. Here's a peek at a new custom darkmode theme for microlearning with a persisting background image, plus custom background on an individual block (based on block id).
Hello, I stumbled across this thread, as this (continuous background image over several blocks) is exactly what I was asking myself. I also found the YouTube video posted by you.
While at the moment not possible in Rise itself, is there any explanation out there to realise the "continuous background image" after publishing to web or SCORM? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you for your replies @Phil and @Karl! Both options would be very interesting for me. As for the Rise Roadmap --> this could be in the near future, so good timing at that point.
And a sample CSS for a continuous course background would be very much appreciated!

As Christian mentionned, I would also be interested to know if there is a way to do this after publishing in SCORM?
Thanks
Sure I'll put together sample CSS so you can add to your own scorm (or web) output. I'll respond here when the how-to is available.
Apologies to Christian above I do not get all community notifications for some reason.
Hi,
Found this on the Rise Roadmap:
https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-360-Feature-Roadmap#rise-360
Linked Block Backgrounds
Transform your design in a flash by linking background styles across multiple blocks.
Rise 360
It sounds like that would let blocks share the same styles, but not achieve a continuous/persisting background as in my POC.
