Hi, I've developed a module in Rise, which plays on the Articulate Review site, and works locally when I export it. But when I try to upload the exported files to my company's website, I just get a loading message when I try to view it in Chrome or Firefox.
I've attached the exported files, please let me know if you have any suggestions.
Yes, it turned out it was something with our web server. When I put the module on our LMS it played fine. Which is funny, because I confirmed that I exported it for HTML and not LMS.
But we've had other issues with modules not playing on the web server because they have a video in them, but they'll work on our LMS.

Have you checked with your internal IT team? It sounds like there may be an issue with the file system that the Rise file is being uploaded to.
