I'm having the issue with Rise where it just says "Your content is loading" and doesn't actually load the page. Does anyone know if it is down or broken? I checked the status page and it seems to think everything is fine.
Hi Kai. Sorry to hear that you weren't able to access your content. Good idea to check the status page. If you reencounter the issue and the status page doesn't report an outage, I recommend doing the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure you use a supported browser such as Google Chrome. 2. Make sure your browser and device are both fully updated. 3. Clear your browser's cache. 4. Restart your device.
If you are still unable to access your content after doing the steps, feel free to reach out to your support engineers here.
Hi Kai, we are having the same issue with Chrome and Edge but Firefox seems OK. We suspect it may be something to do with images used - are you using SVGs? Phil
