Hello, i would like to use some letters from czech/slovak language, for example letters like "ďščťž". But somehow no matter which font i use, this letters are shown in a wrong way. It is possible from my side to fix it?
Hello Crystal. I am using built-in fonts. I have problem not only when i published course to web content. Fonts are shown in a wrong way when im creating, editing and exporting course to web content (at https://rise.articulate.com/).
Thanks for those detail, Jozef. I'm going to share this with our support engineers so they can work through how Rise is handling the Slovak characters with you. I'm sorry for the trouble, but we'll work hard to get your text looking the way it should!

Hi Josef! Thanks for sharing - we're happy to help! Are you using the built-in fonts in Rise, or have you uploaded one of your own fonts?
This article talks a bit more about seeing the wrong fonts or missing letters in their output. Let me know if that helps at all!

Hi Matěj,
I’m sorry you’re having some trouble here.
Have you already tried downloading non-Latin characters using these steps?
Let me know and we’ll go from there.
