Rise SCORM File Edit

Hi!

Is it possible to edit Rise SCORM files that someone else created in their own account?  I've been asked to edit a course that's been developed.  I'm not sure if I can upload these into my Articulate account and edit them.  Thank you

    Hi Mickey,

    While there isn't a way to reverse-engineer a course that was already published back into an editable file, the original course author can send you a copy of the course. Then, you'll have your own editable copy in your account!

    What if the original course author no longer works for you, how do I get to the RISE created course?

      How long ago did this person leave your organization?

      Does your organization have an Articulate 360 Teams account?
