Hi there, Ian. Thanks for bringing this up! I'll make sure our team has a look, and we'll post any changes here.
I've seen this in Fill In The Blank knowledge checks in Review.
Should the Search function expand the accordions, turn the flashcards, etc. if something is found?
Search is reporting 2-3 more search results (keyword: check) than I have found. I believe it is including the HTML coding.
Thank you Loren, I will add the information that you provided to our investigation. We'll update this thread once we make changes that will help!
This is still a problem over two years later. Can we get an update on when it will be fixed? It is literally a bug, no way to work around.
Another problem with the process "search" functionality is that although search correctly indicates that the term is found on a page, it does not advance the user to the step in the process that includes the search term. So the user is left staring at a search result that seemingly has no actual search term on the page.
Perhaps search functionality could highlight the step number below the process that includes the matching term?
