I sent a Rise course out for review to some team members. The course looks different to them than it does on my PC. On my screen, the boxes for a drag and drop activity grow to fit the text but that's not happening for a team member. I also noticed that the left menu text on my screen is sans-serif but it's serif for my team member. Any idea why this is happening and how to correct it?

Hi Kristin! Thanks for reaching out about this. What fonts are you using in this course?
Also, did you publish the course to Review 360 when you shared it with your team?
Yes, this was sent out via Review 360 - could that be the issue?
I'm using the following fonts in Rise: Headings: Lato; Body: Merriweather
Thanks, Kristin! Do you know what web browser your team members were using to view the course? Is it the same web browser you're using?
We're both using Chrome.
Hi Kristin!
Could you please share some screenshots of a comparison of what you're seeing and your teammates are seeing on their screen?
Next, to narrow things down, your teammates may have different settings and add-ons installed.
- Please make sure you are all using the latest version of Chrome
- Each of your browsers may have been set a different zoom setting or screen size setting that would affect font size
- Additional settings can be found under the Google Menu > Settings > Appearance settings
- Try using Incognito mode to temporarily disable all add-ons to check if they're causing a conflict
