I have tried to upload a video to Rise without success - error prompts. It is a MPG file. I also tried as MP4, and as a compressed file. No luck.Using Chrome browser.
As a workaround decided to utilize Google drive and embed - that works but kicks the user to a new tab when accessing video. That is not a good thing - users easily get lost with new tabs.
Any and all suggestions welcome -it's holding up work flow.

Sorry to hear that you're having problems uploading a video directly to Rise. Can you share the error message that you're seeing?
