I am having issues with playing a video file on a iOS mobile device. I have attached a screen shot. The video is in a Rise course. Has anyone had this issue? If so, were you able to correct the issue? How?
Hi JJ. It looks like the overall Rise lesson is loading on the mobile device, but the particular video part of the lesson is not playing.
Are you embedding a video from the web, or have you inserted a video file into your Rise course? Are there any permissions settings around the video content if it is hosted online?
JJ, did you find a fix for this? We are having a similar issue. The videos are quicktime videos that play fine on android devices and laptops but iOS seems to give that same error.

Additionally, the file is view through SharePoint.

I've come across the same issue. Was this ever resolved? It is happening on iPads using Safari.
Thanks
